Q500qD is a high-strength bridge structural steel plate with a minimum yield strength of 500 MPa. It is mainly used for bridge construction and heavy-duty steel structures where high strength, good weldability and reliable impact toughness are required.

Compared with conventional bridge steels, Q500qD provides higher load-bearing capacity and helps reduce structural weight. The grade is suitable for highway bridges, railway bridges, large-span bridge structures and other infrastructure projects.

The “D” grade indicates that Q500qD meets specific low-temperature impact toughness requirements, making it suitable for general outdoor bridge applications.
